The IAFC, NFFF and NVFC encourages the fire service to familiarize themselves with the credible and valuable resources that are available to assist firefighters and their families who may be coping with depression or thoughts of suicide.

From February 12 - 17, the NFFF is sponsoring the Annual Fire Service Survivors Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

The Foundation is deeply saddened by the death of Chief Kyle Ienn of Ralston Volunteer Fire Dept. To his wife, Christine, his three children, his extended family and all the members of his department and the fire service, we send our most sincere and heartfelt condolences.
