The city of Warwick offers a $5,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy in addition to a $50,000 term life insurance policy for a total of $55,000 with no cost to the employees. Please see Fire Contract for additional information.

In the event of a firefighter’s death, the city of Warwick pays 50% of the deceased member’s salary with an additional 10% per dependent but not to exceed 75% of the salary at the time of death. Please see Fire Contract and Warwick, RI Code of Ordinance for additional information.
