Here are some of the ways your donation could benefit firefighters and their families:

The Foundation has established the Chief-to-Chief Network, a network of senior fire officers who have one thing in common, they have all experienced the death of a firefighter in the line-of-duty and understand what a department goes through. Red Helmet Sponsor donations help the Foundation arrange for chief-to-chief contact, matching chiefs and chaplains of similar departments to assist them in coping with a line-of-duty death.

In addition to helping us provide department assistance, Red Helmet Sponsors have the opportunity to assist us in accomodating one survivor family during the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend held every October. Your support will help provide lodging for a family during the weekend where we will honor them and their loved one.
