Sharon Baroncelli joined the Foundation staff in 2014 as their first Director of Development responsible for leading the fundraising efforts. She enjoys connecting potential supporters with the campaign that best suits their needs at the personal, team or corporate level and helping them make raising funds and awareness for NFFF easy, fun and meaningful.
Sharon started her journey in the non-profit world as a Program Manager and District Director with the Greater Washington Area Muscular Dystrophy Association after graduating from JMU. Sharon has raised millions of dollars for many non-profits including area Chambers of Commerce, the American Red Cross, and the International Association of Fire Chiefs.
Sharon is proud to work with the NFFF to assist our nation’s heroes and their families.
Sharon and her husband Andrew reside in VA and have three handsome, intelligent and caring sons.
