The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation launched its Incident Commander-to-Incident Commander (IC to IC) Network in 2020 to support incident commanders involved in a firefighter fatality. This discussion features Battalion Chief Lynwood Buchanan, of the Hanover County Fire and EMS Department (VA), who recalls a vehicle accident that resulted in the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Bradford T. Clark on October 11, 2018. He will share his experiences in dealing with the aftermath.
