The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation launched its Incident Commander-to-Incident Commander (IC to IC) Network in 2020 to support incident commanders involved in a firefighter fatality. This webinar will feature Chief Scott Burnette and Deputy Chief Chris Budzinski, of the Asheville Fire Department (NC), who will discuss a medical office building fire that resulted in a line-of-duty death on July 28, 2011. Chiefs Burnette and Budzinski will discuss the incident and share their experiences in dealing with the aftermath.
