IC-to-IC Discussion: Prince William County Residential Fire

The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation launched its Incident Commander-to-Incident Commander (IC to IC) Network in 2020 to support incident commanders involved in a firefighter fatality. Deputy Chief James Forgo, Prince William County Fire and Rescue Department (VA), who was the incident commander of a Prince William County residential fire that resulted in a line-of-duty death on April 16, 2007. Chief Forgo will discuss the incident and share his experiences in dealing with the aftermath.
