Men Forging Ahead – Managing Difficulty

If you haven’t yet attended a gathering of Men Forging Ahead (MFA), January would be a great time to start! The holiday season is over, and things tend to slow down in the winter, which can be challenging for many. This month, we will be discussing one thing I find difficult during this time of year, and what I do to manage it. Share your experience and talk about what your coping mechanism is with your peers or just listen to them as we support one another.
MFA is our casual “for men only” virtual peer support group that meets monthly. It is open to all Fire Hero Family husbands/life partners, sons/stepsons, and brothers/stepbrothers, age 18 and up. This is your chance to meet the group and to learn about Men Forging Ahead (MFA)!
