David P. Theisen‚ 29‚ a volunteer firefighter with the Crooksville Volunteer Fire Department‚ died of burns after being trapped in the basement of a burning home in Crooksville on February 5‚ 1998. Theisen was also a fulltime firefighter with the Westerville Fire Department. Also perishing in this fire was Stephen D. Carletti.
