Assistant Chief Donald Hev Caylor, age 66, of Ridgeville Fire and Rescue died on March 9, 2025, after he collapsed at station while preparing to respond to a structure fire.
The National Emergency Training Center (NETC) campus will be closed during the government shutdown, including access to the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial.
