Rusty that’s what he went by. Rusty had a great smile, laugh and sense of humor, that is how I will remember him. Rusty’s personality and good attitude helped made learning the streets and buildings of the city easier while we were on probation. It has been almost 20 years since you died, you are gone but not forgotten Rusty. I hope your family has great memories of you. RIP Brother.
– Rebekah PomeroyRusty was my cousin. We were so fond of this fella!!! The last time he came to see my mom he drove over to Anacortes and him and his kids caught a baby shark! He came right up and showed it to mom, last time she saw him. Sadly I wasnt here. Hope she took a photo to find later. Him and his brother and sister are the kindest people you’d ever meet. His parents made him one of the funniest wisest men on the planet. The summer of 1983 he and his siblings taught me life on the farm, memories I’ll cherish forever! The Nelsons from Washington LOVE Rusty Hauber and his memory!!! Till we meet again cous.
