Register to Attend the Summit in Person

Registration for the U.S. Fire Administrator’s Summit on Fire Prevention and Control 2023 is complimentary.

Upon registering, your registration will be conditionally approved.  Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation with further instructions on travel and lodging at the National Fire Academy.

International Participants

If you are registering to attend and reside outside of the United States, please note you will need to register no later than Friday, August 18 in order for your registration to be reviewed and cleared for security purposes.

There will be no exceptions if not cleared to access the campus and participate.

How to Register Requirements and Tips

Travel

The USFA will provide assistance in traveling from Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) to the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) on Monday, October 10.  The buses will depart BWI at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.  You will receive another link in your confirmation to add your flight information to ensure a spot on the bus.  More information coming soon.

The bus returning to BWI will depart on Wednesday, October 11, at 8:00 am.

Lodging

Lodging will be available at the National Emergency Training Center at no cost to registrants.  Once you receive your confirmation, you will click on the link to secure your room.

There is a limited capacity of housing on campus that will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If there are no additional on campus rooms available, or you choose to stay off campus, here are a few suggestions within a short distance from the NETC.  All housing costs off campus will be the responsibility of the attendee.
