This webinar features Assistant Chief Robert Wilkins, Philadelphia Fire Department, who was the incident commander on April 6, 2013 at a combination commercial/residential property in the “Fabric Row” section of South Philadelphia. Tragically, Captain Michael Goodwin, succumbed to injuries from a fall from the roof of the fire building. Chief Wilkins will discuss the incident and share his experiences in dealing with the aftermath.
