The Business Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Foundation’s daily office operations and administrative functions, including shipping and logistics, vendor services, program support, and HR-related administrative services. The position also helps maintain efficient workflows, organized systems, and a professional, welcoming work environment while supporting collaboration across staff, vendors, and organizational initiatives.
