Development Associate – Crofton Office/Development Team
The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) is seeking a Development Associate to provide efficient gift processing, functional reports, and happy donors. This position has responsibilities in three critical areas including gift processing, data integrity, and donor outreach. The individual will work with internal members and works closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate donation management; demonstrates commitment to delivering quality work with a passion for details and process improvement. Consistently delivers high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and provides professional representation of the Development department.
Family Programs Outreach Assistant – Emmitsburg Office
The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation is seeking an Outreach Assistant that will serve as an essential liaison for the Fire Hero Family community to help increase their awareness and utilization of available National Fallen Firefighters Foundation programs and resources. He/she will conduct outreach and serve as an advocate for assisting the Fire Hero Family community with accessing services and support in their local area. This person must have the ability to build a strong rapport and listen carefully to perspectives and needs while being sensitive to cultural and ethnic diversities, and complex family situations. This position will require frequent traveling to Fire Hero Family events across the country and meet with individual Fire Hero Family members on a case-by-case basis.
