Kelly Lynch

Director of Marketing & Communications

Kelly LynchKelly Lynch joined the Foundation as Director of Marketing & Communications in June 2022 after working with NFFF as a creative consultant for several years. With a background in marketing strategy and communications outreach, she has created campaigns and targeted programming for government agencies, non-profits, and corporations for more than two decades. Her messaging expertise and stakeholder insight informs the multi-faceted marketing needs across the Foundation’s various divisions.

Throughout the year, NFFF’s committed staff is hands-on with Fire Hero Families, fire service programs, development/fundraising to further honor fallen heroes, awareness events, partner relations, and more. As the communications “hub,” the Marketing Department supports these efforts—all of which further the Foundation’s work in providing resources to assist families of fallen firefighters in rebuilding their lives and working within the fire service community to reduce firefighter injury and death.

Kelly is an alumna of Gettysburg College and an active volunteer with several organizations, both national and local. In fact, it was NFFF’s strength of mission and the opportunity to make a difference that first drew her to the Foundation. Kelly is quick to describe herself as being honored be part of NFFF’s talented and dedicated team.
