Robert W. Humphrey‚ 62‚ a 27-year life member of Maryland Line Volunteer Fire Company #450‚ died on September 17‚ 2000. He was struck by a car while crossing the highway to an accident scene. Humphrey served in the Air Force‚ belonged to the Bel Air Moose Lodge‚ and was on the Kidney Foundation Committee.
