NFFF IC-to-IC Discussion – Kings Tower Fire

This webinar features Chief Michael Washington, Cincinnati Fire Department, Ohio, who was the Incident Commander of a fire in an apartment complex that killed a firefighter on March 26, 2015. Chief Washington discusses the incident and share his experiences in dealing with the aftermath.
