NFFF Leadership Management Conference & Charleston Sofa Super Store Staff Ride

Join the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation for a unique two-day learning experience that combines education with immersive training.

This event features one day of NFFF core course presentations followed by one day of a staff ride examining the Charleston Sofa Super Store Fire, a tragic incident that claimed the lives of nine firefighters. Participants will visit the actual incident site and hear first-hand accounts from those involved, gaining a rare and impactful perspective on the events of that day.

The goal of a staff ride is to enhance decision-making, leadership, and safety. Participants will benefit from:
