Allen L. Streeter‚ 58‚ a volunteer with the Ranch Drive Fire District‚ died of a heart attack on January 11‚ 2000‚ at the scene of a residential grass fire. He helped establish the department. Streeter had earned a black belt in karate six months prior to his death and was a certified CPR instructor.
