Karl Richter entered the department on September 25‚ 1967 and was assigned to Engine 2. He served as the Financial Secretary for Company Two from 1975 through 1980. Karl also served on the department’s fund drive committee for many years.
Karl succumbed to a fatal heart attack on June 14‚ 1990 following an alarm.
