Kinnison Cribley‚ 24‚ was killed in the Line of Duty on 12/13/1991‚ while responding to Oregon Station # 2‚ for a fire alarm at Sun Refining & Marketing Co. Firefighter Cribley was responding to the station in his personal vehicle with siren and flashing light‚ when he was involved in an accident with another vehicle at Wheeling and Munding. Firefighter Cribley was taken to St. Charles Hospital‚ where he succumbed from his injuries a short time later. Firefighter Cribley became a firefighter in Oregon‚ in April of 1990.
You are not forgotten. You gave your life for the City of Oregon and you are missed, even though I did not know you. As an Oregon Firefighter I will Honor your sacrifice.
