Lieutenant Thomas J. Hodges, 48, of the Fire Department City of New York – Engine 313, died on August 30, 2006, from illness related to response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
The National Emergency Training Center (NETC) campus will be closed during the government shutdown, including access to the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial.
