Thomas N. Bianconi was riding in a tanker operated by Robert L. Adams en route to a vehicle accident when the vehicle lost control and flipped over multiple times and landed in the Clearfield Creek. Neither the driver or occupant were wearing seatbelts at the time of the incident and were ejected from the tanker‚ sustaining fatal traumatic injuries.
