If both spouse and child(ren) survived, the benefits shall be distributed in the following manner: 35% of the average weekly wages is payable to the spouse, and 15% of the average weekly wages for each surviving child, not to exceed the $140.00 maximum per week. Benefit for spouse terminates upon remarriage.
