Brianna’s career goal is to become a pediatric surgeon and biology researcher. She shares that the Senator Paul Sarbanes Scholarship “opened the door to higher education” and increased her drive to succeed and go above and beyond.
Brianna is involved in numerous clubs and organizations, including the American Sign Language Club, Colleges Against Cancer, the Premedical Society, and Women in Medicine. She participates in a program called Color a Smile, creating cards to send to elderly individuals. She has a part-time job at school and works at a physical therapy clinic when she is at home.
Physical therapist Andrew Murray says Bri has a phenomenal head on her shoulders, a big heart, and is someone who can help change lives one day by delivering quality care. Fire Chief Francis T. Barresi calls Brianna “an outgoing and personable young woman” who was a member of the department’s junior firefighter program.
