Grant’s current planned field of study is business, and his career goal is to work in healthcare-business administration and being a catalyst for making positive changes within his chosen organization.
Grant volunteers at the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital, is the social chair for his business fraternity and plays basketball in addition to his academic studies. When he is not at school, he participates in volunteering in the local basketball program with the youth of his community.
Kankakee Fire Chief Bryan LaRoche says that Grant emulates his father’s characteristics of intelligence, respect, and is dedicated to furthering his education. Jodi Benoit, describes him as having a “contagious personality” during his employment at her restaurant. She cites his hard working demeanor and is dedicated to excellence, and is eager to please those around him.
