Hannah plans to obtain a BSN in nursing and a CRNA license, with the goal of working as a nurse anesthetist or pediatric nurse. Hannah would like to participate in research and study abroad programs in college. Her mother is also a nurse.

Hannah is a blood program leader for the American Red Cross. She has been an active member of Key Club for three years. She belongs to the science club, Drug-Free Clubs of America, student council, and National Honor Society and has assumed leadership roles in several clubs. She earned three varsity letters with her high school volleyball team. She coaches an elementary level volleyball team.

Science teacher Alyssa Burns says that Hannah has impressed her with her performance in Honors/CCP Biology and AP Biology and shows all the signs of future success in college. Notably, she was able to maintain her academic performance even during her father’s illness. Firefighter/Paramedic Nicholas Walter describes Hannah as hardworking, generous, and strong enough to undertake whatever comes her way.
