Kadence is working towards a bachelor’s degree in psychology with aspirations to become a therapist helping individuals that have lost a family member in the line of duty and ultimately receive a Master’s Degree.
Kadence has volunteered with her church, works at a local sports camp each summer and has begun shadowing professionals in this field of work so that she can gain experience.
In his recommendation letter, retired Fire Marshall Buck Aldrich describes Kadence as determined and intelligent. He cites that her drive will allow her to achieve any goal that she sets her mind to in specializing with helping individuals with their trauma as well as first responders.
