Miccael is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology as she begins her collegiate career with an aspiration to become a search and rescue paramedic and wildlife biologist.

Following her father’s death, Miccael’s goals to help others strengthened and she began volunteering as a certified nursing assistant, as well as working to finalize her qualifications to be a volunteer emergency medical technician. Miccael strides to help those in need and has carried several positions and volunteer hours at long-term care facilities while logging clinical support hours with local ambulance companies.

In her recommendation letter, Management and Program Analyst of the Bureau of Land Management State Office in Billings, Montana, describes Miccael’s ambition when it comes to her education referencing receiving a college degree and certificates while going through high school. She believes the Miccael will make a difference in the world and calls her a light during the dark with her caring personality and love for others.
