Edwin Redfield Jr. Was my father and I was 5 years old when he lost his life after saving a little boy in a house fire and going back in to find his sister, which resulted in the death of both of them. My Pastor found the brick with my fathers name on it, while he was attending a session for firefighters. I had no idea there was such a thing and I am happy that he found it and would love to see it myself. I found out late in life that there have been many memorials in his honor and was not told of any as they were taking place.
