Graham Hoffman was a lifelong resident of Parkville, Missouri. From an early age, his dream was to become a firefighter. He loved the outdoors—fishing, camping, and snowboarding.
At Park Hill South High he played on the golf and rugby teams. He attended Northwest Missouri State College, earning a bachelor’s degree in geographical information science, and was granted an internship abroad in Dublin, Ireland, which sparked his love of travel. He later traveled to Germany, France, Amsterdam, Croatia, Mexico, and numerous U.S. cities and national parks.
Graham graduated from the fire academy in 2019 and joined the Belton Fire Department, later transitioning to the Kansas City (Missouri) Fire Department. He furthered his career, becoming a certified paramedic in 2023.
Graham participated multiple times in the 911 Memorial Stair Climb. Graham purchased his home in October 2024, with a large backyard for his dog, Al.
Graham’s captain described him as a strong leader. Graham’s many friends knew him as adventurous, brave, kind, and loyal. HE LOVED LIFE! Graham lived each day to the fullest, whether exploring new cities, attending a Chiefs game, or enjoying a bonfire in his own backyard. He always had a smile on his face.
Graham is survived by his father, Michael; his mother, Rhonda; his brother, Nolan; and his sister, Brittani.
