I wasn’t fortunate enough to know Mr. Gardella personally, but his legacy lives on in our community through his kind and gracious family. The Jackson Fire Department presents the David Gardena award annually to the firefighter who has run the most calls. Our hearts and thanks go to David Gardella and his family.
