Apply Now: 2026 High School Cadet Scholarship Program
The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation is proud to launch its Inaugural High School Cadet Scholarship Program, designed to support and inspire the next generation of fire service leaders.
If you are a junior or senior participating in a high school fire cadet program, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your leadership, passion, and commitment to the fire service community.
Scholarship Awards
Five outstanding cadets will receive:
- A $3,000 scholarship
- An all-expenses-paid trip to attend an NFFF Safety Symposium in late August with an adult chaperone
- The opportunity to participate in a written and video submission competition highlighting leadership skills and commitment to the fire service
Application Requirements
Applicants will be evaluated based on:
- A short written essay
- A brief video submission
