Arthur Bruce Franklin‚ 50‚ a volunteer firefighter with Anderson County Fire Department in Lawrenceburg‚ died on February 28‚ 1999‚ after returning from a fire. He had served as chairman of the Anderson County Fire District and as Fire Chief of Anderson County. He was also a Red Cross and American Heart Association instructor.
