We Honor The Memory of One of Our Own
Charles A. Crowley Jr.
September 17, 1958 To August 17, 1983
On August 17,1983, Volunteer Firefighter Charles A. Crowley Jr. age 24 tragically died as a result of Line Of Duty firefighting injuries. He was a devoted member of the Hammonton Fire Department and “A Real American Hero.”
34 Years later the members of Hammonton Volunteer Fire Company # 1 continue to honor and cherish the memory of our beloved Brother Firefighter Charles Crowley. Rest In Peace Brother your sacrifice will always be remembered.
