Firefighter Charles W. Shaw, age 78, of Taylor County Fire Department died on April 20, 2025, from injuries he sustained in an accident while responding to a motor vehicle accident.
The National Emergency Training Center (NETC) campus will be closed during the government shutdown, including access to the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial.
