Donald Webb was the owner and manager of a service station and a volunteer member of the Fire Department. His son later became a firefighter who now serves as a Captain with the Tucson Fire Department. Eleven acclaimed firefighters, two members and nine volunteers of the Kingman Fire Department died as a result of a disastrous fire and explosion that ripped apart a railroad tanker car filled with propane gas as it was being off-loaded.
Thank-you for the post. We were married for 10 years before the explosion. His family was his mom, dad Cordy and Ross Webb, his children Shauna. Donnie who is his son is also a firefighter. My grandfather was a firefighter long ago. So is definitely runs in our family. GOD BLESS all firefighters, paramedics, and police officers (which my father was) thankyou.
