This is my dad. Unfortunately, he died when I was only 11 years old so I didn’t have the opportunity to know him as an adult. Thank you for honoring him.

Earl Ray Harrison was my grandmother’s brother. I was born several years after he passed, but have been told stories about him my whole life. Every year my family joins the Clarksville Fire Department for their 9/11 ceremony. It’s always an honor being able to participate in this ceremony. Ray truly was a hero and I wish I had the opportunity to meet him.
