James M. Dunham‚ 36‚ a member and past chief of the Saint Jo Volunteer Fire Department‚ died on November 18‚ 1999‚ while beginning extrication at a motor vehicle accident. Very involved in community activities‚ he coached and organized sports and youth activities. Assistant manager of a Gainesville farm co-op‚ he also served as president of the Saint Jo Friends of the FFA.
