Jim Clingenpeel‚ 38‚ volunteer captain‚ Rosehill Fire Department‚ died June 20‚ 2001‚ following a department training exercise 10 days earlier.

He ws co-leader of the department’s Explorer program and treasurer of the Board of Directors. He worked as a mechanic’s helper.

He was one of the department’s most dedicated members and was a character who loved to tell jokes and stories.
