  6. I didn’t know Martin DeMeo, but his name was taped to my bike this morning in my cycle class. Our ride this morning, was in honor of first responders on 9/11. Grateful for the opportunity to think about the sacrifices that he and so many others made on that fateful day. Grateful to remember the freedoms I enjoy, and for the perspective that the difficult things I experience are small in comparison to the horrific tragedy of that day. Wishing peace and comfort to his family and all those who knew him.
