Paul Hand was best friends with my cousin Stewart Garner ever since I could remember. He was a tall, handsome man with a fabulous smile. Paul fell from a moving fire truck, going to a fire. My heart sunk when i heard the news, I know our whole family suffered a loss, as did our community. I think of Paul often for no reason, but wish I could see him & my cousin sittin’ & reminiscing.
