– Christine LiebsonMy heart still aches for the Morello family and for my daughter BJ who was a dear friend of Vinnie (almost as close as a sibling) and was with him and other friends on the Labor Day immediately prior to 9/11/01 for their annual get together and BBQ. That was the last time she ever got to spend time with him and she carries, as we all do, the pain of the loss to this day…
I have a Massachusetts Firefighter Memorial license plate on my vehicle in tribute to him and all the first responders who served and died as a result of an evil element that hate built (and those who continue to serve us today) so bravely in their chosen ways.
I truly believe in the message that proclaims, “No one ever really dies so long as they are remembered in the hearts of those who loved them” And so it is with Vincent S. Morello of Queens, NY.
– JUSITH S. GANGELMay the Almighty assure that none of those brave souls died in vain by empowering further those who fight hatred today and forever onward!
