Rylee’s career goal is to become a professional photographer with her own business, telling stories through her work. She says, “the NFFF has made my college dreams turn into a reality,” and helped change her mindset from, “I have to go to school today,” to, “I get to go to school today.”
She volunteers as a cheer coach, which has helped to hone her leadership skills and allowed her to mentor 45 student-athletes. She works as an assistant wedding photographer, working towards her goals every day and improving her photography skills. She is also a lead sales associate at Orangetheory Fitness, where she has developed customer service skills and fine-tuned different sales tactics.
Rylee’s employer, Phallynn Hill, says Rylee has been a top sales associate and a constant source of ideas to grow the membership base and that she creates a welcoming environment to all guests. Her father’s friend, Frank Hernandez, says that Rylee’s humbleness, strength, and perseverance are signs she will not give up on her dreams.
