Washington State Fallen Firefighters Memorial

The Washington State Fallen Firefighters Memorial stand watch over the Fire Training Grounds where every member of the fire service trains.  A bronze tribute is secured to a granite boulder honoring the courage, boldness and dedication to the call of duty firefighters live out each day.
More About the Tribute

In 1985, the Washington State Fire Fighters’ Association (WSFFA) established the Washington State Fallen Firefighter Memorial Service.  A bronzed maltase cross affixed to a granite cairn denotes the Memorial, located at the FTA in North Bend, Washington.  Over the years, the WSFFA, WSCFF, WFC, WFCA, and other prominent state fire service organizations have joined together annually to recognize firefighters who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities.
