This two inch 9/11 20th Anniversary Commemorative Challenge Coin features a 3D rendering of the 9-11 Memorial in the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Park at the National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, Maryland. It is solid brass, with dual-plated gold and silver finish, and with beveled edges and cut out details.
The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation is offering a 20th year commemorative coin in honor of the FDNY firefighters who selflessly gave their lives in service on September 11, 2001. The NFFF continues to support the FDNY Counseling Services Unit and other organizations working with FDNY families. Proceeds from the coin will continue to serve those organizations, support the families of America’s fallen firefighters and work toward the reduction of firefighter injuries and fatalities.
