While on working fire, Firefighter Alton G.Warren fell over hose line and broke his ankle.He was on the mend and had recently had his cast removed. He died at home on July 19,1994 from a heart attack/post fracture embolus.

Alton was an amazing father. He was proud to serve his country and also the city of Baltimore as s fireman. So much about his life still lives on through my family. He enjoyed working at engine 43. I could not have asked for a better father. I’m grateful for the years he was with my family.
