Anthony E. Lockhart‚ 40‚ died in the same incident as Patrick J. King after they were trapped inside of a burning building and the roof collapsed. Lockhart‚ a 9-year CFD veteran‚ worked for the US Postal Service for 14 years before he joined the department.
