Bradley Curtis McNeer‚ 22‚ a volunteer member of Chesterfield Fire & Emergency Medical Services‚ died on December 18‚ 1999‚ in an apparatus accident during a response to a gas leak in a residence. He joined the county’s Bon Air Volunteer Department in February 1999 and had just completed training as an EMT. An avid golfer‚ he worked at a local sports complex.
