David T. Nall‚ 40‚ a four-year veteran with the Town of Jay Volunteer Fire Department‚ died on August 26‚ 1999‚ after collapsing at the scene of an emergency medical incident. As Assistant Chief‚ he started a junior firefighter program and began an Explorer Post in the department. He was also a member of Santa Rosa County Search and Rescue.
